At this point I'm expecting to find out this preview of the called workflow w hover-able icons has been here for ages, but is it new?
side note: Is there a more complete change log than this one cause I feel like there are small UI updates/changes that are neat surprises but would be nice to know about instead of discover

The change log should be the source of truth for new features, changes and updates coming through.
Not sure if this one slipped through the cracks of the change log, but I just asked internally if there are additional resources for user to keep up with updates and changes as they come out!
We passed along the sentiment to have the change log include more of the smaller UI changes to keep everyone up to date on what we push out.
The announcements page in the forums as well will be the source of additional updates that come through
