There are so many great things about multipage app so we were anxious to migrate to it. We started the migration and realized there is no way we can use it as we have many pages today and often need to quickly fix or update things on a page (this flexibility is why we use Retool) while we are testing a major new function on another that may not be ready for release for weeks or longer.

I was also able to add your +1 to the internal ticket we have tracking this. That said, I can't make any guarantees on timeline, the engineering team doesn't have active plans to work on this at the moment. We'll update the thread if that changes!
