Datepickers shows the wrong month at the start of the next month

I have a datepicker which showed yesterday (1 dec 2022) november as the current month. This is confusing for people and causes errors.

This was at 10:42:30 CET (24-hour clock) Netherlands, Amsterdam time

Yes, it shows the correct date. But it didn't yesterday.
