YES - @Ian_Scott - I've found that same go in -> come out -> all there behaviour too - which was what made me think it was our code in the first place...
This is still happening to us. @bca a while ago I sent you an app export that reproduces the issue using data from the demo Retool Database. Does that not reproduce the issue any more?
Hmm, no unfortunately the issue doesn't reproduce for me on my cloud org any more... here's a couple vids of me testing it out:
