Has anyone got a custom provider working with an Azure OpenAI deployment?
We have the default Azure OpenAI resource setup and working but it doesn't allow us to switch models which would be useful for different agents.
I have created a custom AI provider but keep getting 404 resource not found.

I haven't used an Azure OpenAI deployment, but I can hopefully help troubleshoot.
It looks like you set everything up correctly from what our docs have for custom providers 
I just checked and it looks we created a feature request to address the issue so that the default preconfigured Azure OpenAI connector to allow users to select multiple models so as to not need to use the 'custom provider' option.
Still odd that the 'custom provider' option isn't working with Azure, let me check and see if we have another ticket for fixing that bug.
