Column sizing in DB filter by/key value pairs

Just a little UI usability preference: resizable column widths in DB filter by/key value pairs.

Would be good if these columns could be resized. Each column is 33%, but the middle column (for operator) doesn't need to be. The Field columns probably don't need to be 33% either.
