That container123 is in list view - another container - modal
layout setting of all components in modal does not work and inheritance doesn't work either

Thanks for flagging this! It looks like this is indeed a bug with any container overflow settings when in a listview. I've gone ahead and built out a repro app/ bug report and will keep this thread updated as a fix is merged! :)
