I'm trying to drag the Modal Frame but it's not response

You have click on + icon above the code icon to add the elements as in my screenshot.... perhaps the way you are attempting to find it is a bug....so try the way it is done in my screenshot.
obvious that I try with the left panel but it not let you add the component even if you see and click on it or drag it
It's O.K., I didn't understand the concept that it hidden by default
