Got a new one this morning from one of our Mac users:
If they try to access the tool we built them in Retool, the screen renders blank.
If they relaunch in an incognito browser, it behaves as expected.
Browser is Google Chrome.
OS is Big Sur (11.6).
Anyone else experience this? I myself am working on an Ubuntu workstation (pop!_OS) and am having no issues. When I load it up in Windows, it seems fine as well.
Jee, it could be anything Do you have access (or could ask for) to the console outputs of these users?
Hey @Wrapmate, It would be great to see if there are any errors in their browser console, as @minijohn suggested. Generally, if a page doesn't display correctly without incognito and does display correctly with incognito, it suggests that the cache or a browser extension is causing the issue (since incognito operates without them). A couple of good initial troubleshooting steps would be to clear the browser cache and remove any browser extensions that might cause an issue. Let us know how it goes
