Authentication Issues using preset.io dashboard in container in app

  1. My goal: To resolve an authentication issue.
  2. Issue: We have a preset dashbaord embedded within a simple container in retool app. It has been working fine for a couple of years, and around 2-3 months ago, authentication issues started. The dashbaord no longer loads, with the following error: “Something went wrong with embedded authentication. Check the dev console for details.”
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: I have checked that all embedding options and credentials remain unchnaged in both Preset and Retool. We utilise Row level security within preset, but no settings or credentials have chnaged in this time.
  4. Additional info: (Cloud or Self-hosted, Screenshots) Preset.io is a cloud hosted and supported version of superset.

I’m trying to undertsand what steps I could take to troubleshoot, or if any features have chnaged over the last 4-6 months that may have invalidated any credentials or authentication processes.

Thanks for reaching out! Can you share screenshots of how you. have it embedded? Does the browser console show any additional errors?
