Apps Not Working

Morning.

Getting a completely blank screen when opening apps.
Edit mode shows queries but no controls.

FYI, we've had this in the past when apps were using SSH tunnelling to MySQL

Still have the same issue after 24 hours. This is getting urgent now.

Can someone acknowledge there's an issue at least please?

Little bit more information.....

Fine on Chrome (macOS) but not on Safari 15.4 or latest iOS

Cleared retool data and still have the same issue. Less urgent but could you get back to me please?

Hi Steve, apologies for the delay here. Do you have any preloaded JS libraries in your app? If so, can you try removing them and see if that unlocks you?

Hi Jay,

None at all. It's happening on all of my apps, even the simplest.

Even in edit mode none of the controls appear but the queries are there.

Chrome, no issue at all.

There's a simple app I have which would be a decent one to validate on that wasn't working previously (although I can confirm it's working now in Safari).
