Kind of struggling with making a smooth todo list app. Anyone made one that's slick and would share? Looking for a smooth UX when adding, checking off todos, etc.

I have an early beta one that uses Postgres on the backend to store the items. Not really slick yet I confess, but getting there. My use case is on a tablet so trying to optimize for a smaller touch screen.
It is part of a larger Home CIC application I am building and plan to eventually do a video series on.
