An unknown error occurred

Hello,
I am trying to import json in Production server but json not getting uploaded , giving error : "An unknown error occurred".
Then I thought of creating components and query one by one , but nothing is saving giving "An unknown error occurred".

Cannot able to build app in Production environment however it is working fine in Development environment.
Please help on urgent bases as Go live dates are fast approaching.

This is on a self-hosted instance correct? Would you mind checking your browser console to see if there's any more explicit messaging there? It may help too if we can take a look at your container logs, I'd be particularly curious to see what's being logged in your api container. Let me know if you need help grabbing those!
