Allow {{retoolContext.configVars}} to be accessible in query library

I wanted to use them in the Query Library but they are not available.
I found a workaround by creating a {{var}} in the definition of my query in Query Library and then setting the value of the "var" as {{retoolContext.configVars.myvar}} under the query definition in my app.
It works, but doesn't make much sense since config vars are not app specific, so they should be available in the query library level right?
