Completely agree with you, Retool is incredibly well positioned for this.

Hi there Retool Team, I've been trying to figure out the best way to pass context from an app to the chatAgent component, and currently it seems veeeery limited. I was THIS close to actually achieve it by creating my own logic with regards to the messages sent to the agent where I could include an extra message with the context. With regards to the below:

Another example - "search the web for XYZ and write a report, then enter that report into the text box on the screen".

This one is slightly different, although you could already achieve that by having the report being sent to you via pdf , email, or uploading it to a retool database temporarily so you can see it in your app.
