Can we use the Sidebar feature in a module?

The new sidebar feature is cool - but can we use it in a module?

I don't see it as an option - should I do something to make it show?

Hi @mathfour,

We don't support creating sidebars from within modules.

As suggested here, you could create a module with other components, and then import it into an app's sidebar.

Alas, I'd like to have a sidebar in the module. Not the module as a sidebar. Y'know?

Yep :sunglasses: it's a feature request we're definitely tracking. I'll post here if I get any updates on it internally!
