Expected Behavior
- according to Automatically configure an agent with the Configuration Assistant | Retool Docs when creating a Custom Tool in the sidebar the Function Generator should appear
Actual Behavior
- The function generator appears for a split second before the Configuration Assistant is shown (this isn't super helpful in this view)

- this is likely due to the Custom Retool AI Provider (own API Keys) and the default built in OpenAI Retool Managed being disabled. Activating it makes the Function generator appear
