What is the best approach to set up my users?

Situation

  • I have made a content approve/reject app.
  • I have multiple manual annotation people who will approve/reject content.

Concerns

  1. How do I invite them to start using the app? Do I need to invite them in my retool orgainsation for this?
  2. Is there a place where I host this app so that only fidgeting to it is possible and the code for the internal components is not altered? Currently who ever I invite can sign in and make changes to the app's components.

It looks like your question was already answered in this thread but just want to confirm here as well:

Typically you'll want to add the users to your org in order for them to be able to interact with your apps. We have some docs on user permissions here along with some best practices here. Currently, user permissions are a feature of the Business/Enterprise plans however, on other plans users will always have edit access to your apps.
