Hey @dakes, thanks for checking in! Sync Functions have been discontinued and are no longer being enabled for new organizations. You can find more details in the Legacy: Resource and Sync Functions docs.
For building apps going forward, I would recommend checking out Retool's new App Builder, it's a significant shift in how Retool apps are built and may address your use case!
