User in another organization?

I have a user who has changed their email address. I deactivated the old and attempted to send an invite to new and received the an error message indicating the user is already enrolled with another organization. This user is not enrolled in another organization within Retool.

Hi mlavender, we are experiencing the same issue.
We tried to contact support, but no luck. Did you manage to make a progress with this?
