I was expecting to use the URL variable for determining whether to show or hide the form footer (or header, for that matter), but the variable is not recognized.
Hope you are able to add support for this.
Update: I noticed I was using url as opposed to urlparams. However, I could swear the url parameter was available at one point...

url is part of the multipage work. Are you using a single page app?
That must be causing the issue - I would argue both should be possible, or preferably one for consistency.
