not draypilot.retool.com/app/xxx/xxx

Seems to be an issue with DNS. Is the DNS configured correctly?
Did you use draypilot.ai to access Retool?
From my experience, the prefix part of the app url will be the one you use to access the Retool.

Looking at the screenshot that you've shared, it looks like you should already be good to go, @JasonYu! Can you confirm that draypilot.ai takes you to your Retool instance?
