Trigger on the last day of the month did not acknowledge February 29th

Hi !

I created a Workflow with a trigger "on the last day of the month".

This year, February has 29 days (leap year), so the trigger should have run on the 29th (as it is the last day of February 2024). However, the trigger did run on the 28th.

Maybe Workflow does not handle leap years (yet) ?

Surprisingly, I couldn't find other reports of this issue. I created a bug report and we'll get back to you as soon as we get any updates.
