This is occurring for me as an Editor for the App. If I slow my connection, I’m able to interact with this select, but it doesn’t load any results.

We synced separately on this issue, but just wanted to follow up here in case anyone else runs into the same thing.
It looks like in this case there was an issue with being in two different permission groups with different permissions for the app. Jonathan was in one group that had read permission on the app, and one that had write permission, and not the overall default Admin or Editor roles. There is a bug here that we’ll look into- my guess is that the staging toggle is stopping after discovering the first permission group and hide the option then.
