Retool not loading for one user

Hello,

One user in our organization is having an issue loading Retool. Originally, all they were seeing was a blank screen. To fix this, they tried clearing their cache and cookies, and now it shows an error screen stating 'Invalid or unexpected token'. The page doesn't load outside of that. Attempted fixes have been to refresh the page, reboot their PC, log out and back in (by disabling/re-enabling their account), and updating Chrome. This is only happening to them on Chrome, as everything loaded fine on Edge. No one else in our org has reported any issues and everything appears to be working fine.

Any ideas as to why this is happening, and how to solve it?

That is a very odd issue, I apologize for the inconvenience. I haven't heard of anyone facing this issue before so we will likely need to do a lot of trouble shooting to see if we can get to the bottom of this.

Have you tried removing this user from the organization and re-inviting them?

That is very odd that the issue is happening on Chrome but not on Edge... :thinking: Are they on a mac or PC? Also you mentioned you are self hosted, which version of Retool are you currently running?
