Retool AI down in Workflow

Hi, without changing anything, starting today, the Retool AI in Workflow stops working by itself (again, no code change).

We tried all models (OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock), all of them returns

We can easily reproduce this issue by creating a new dummy workflow contains nothing but calling Retool AI, and with a simple one sentence prompt.

It's intermittent, and fails 80% of the time with this error.

Is there a known system down time?

Yes I'm having the same problem. I get 502 status error. I did not make any changes but sometime today my Retool AI code just stopped working.

Hello @mattsun and @Mark_Png1,

Apologies for the inconvenience, let me see if I can figure out if this is related to a cloud incident or if this might be some kind of bug from a recent cloud release.

Guessing that since both of you didn't make any changes that it could be an issue on our end that we can fix, let me see if Retool AI works on my end.

I just tested with GPT-4 and gemini-pro and although it was a little slow they worked. Can either of you confirm the models not working and if they are still erroring out?

Screenshots for reproduction would be amazingly helpful as well!
