Refreshing animation doesn't work anymore when query is refreshing

Despite working until today, the refreshing animation no longer works when a query is refreshed

That is very odd, do you have a screen shot or video of the behavior?

Is the refreshing animation you mentioned being shown when manually re-running a query from the query view panel or on a component?
