Our self-hosted stopped being responsive

We've been running pretty clean for the past couple of months on an Azure Ubuntu Self-Hosted. We noticed this morning that our instance was not reachable "refused to connect". I found the docker containers had error's, and after having to stop docker completely have been able to get everything running through docker compose. Unfortunately while docker is showing it's all running, we still can't reach the site.

Have opened up a support request but it's showing as hours and figured I'd give this a shot to see if anyone has a thought.

When going to our custom url using port 3000, getting a licensing error and it looks like none of our work for the past 3 months are present.
