Number input box not firing onChange event handler when numbers are typed instead of selected with the arrow buttons

Hi there,

When typing into this form number input box, the on change event handler does not fire. It does fire when using the up/down arrow buttons or after typing and blurring the number input box (clicking or tabbing away). Can you please offer any explanation or assistance? Thanks!
