Can you share any screenshots of what you currently have or what issue/error you are encountering?
Here is a screenshot of how I add table components inside of container components.
For Form Components, you would follow the same strategy
Are you trying to have the form inside of a container component as well? If so you would just need to repeat the same steps as with adding the table!

It looks like you did create textinput2 but it doesn't appear to be rendering.
Have you tried creating a text input component outside of the from and then drag/dropping it into the form?
You might need to delete the current textinput2, and possibly delete for from component and try creating it again
