Non-Coder trying to create an admin dashboard for my App

My Apps built on MERN stack and i want to build the admin dashboard on here. I have a computer science degree so i have some basic knowledge of schemas. How do i write queries to extract my user data into tables and charts. Please help.

It says i have to use MONGO's JSON tho. and thats not in the link you sent me. Please do you have any specific cheat sheet for mongodb queries for Retool?
