I am trying to duplicate this type of layout in Retool. Have menu with multiple sub-items. When you click on an item in the menu it will show you a table with data.

I created a new app with navigation in header and table in main. In navigation if you select an item then it opens up a new app which would have the table with data.

How do I get the navigation to appear on every app? Is there a better way of doing this?

I think that a module might be really useful for what you are trying to achieve: https://docs.retool.com/docs/modules

If you turn your navigation into a module, you can call it in multiple different apps!
