Module List Hiding Items at Random

There are times when the modules are not showing up while navigating through folders. In some cases the items show, then there are times when folders seem empty while they aren't. A hard browser refresh usually resolves it, but this is not great DX, of course.

By the way, I am referring to the list of modules from the Apps page.

You can ignore this post - it appears it was a scrolling issue all along. Because you don't automatically scroll back to the top of the page after navigating, it appears as if nothing is loaded.
