Module Inputs Not Showing Up on Nested Modules

This is new, it was working fine a few weeks ago when I was last in this app.

I have nested modules. The parent module within its app can see its Input parameters:

I go into that parent module and select the child module and I can no longer see its input parameters to pass them:

The Input parameters are still there and working - I can see the results display in the module, but I can no longer change their inputs values.

Hey Brad! That's super strange. I may have seen this in one other org. Out of curiosity, what happens if you add that same parent module back into the parent app?
