*Lots* of Dev Tools errors onMouseOver of Module

I have a module that has started freaking out!

When moving my mouse over the module, whether in dev mode, in preview mode or when the module is in another App, I get the same JS error over and over in Chrome Tools. The error does not show up in Debug Tools.
