We are using process maps (flow charts) as PDF for our tasks which have links built in. Unfortunately links in PDFs do not work when displayed with the PDF viewer component.
Any idea how to solve it?

The Retool PDF viewer does not support interactive elements such as links. To retain link functionality, consider using an iframe to embed the PDF directly from a URL or converting the process map to a web-friendly format, such as HTML.
