I have successfully hosted data in a Retool database and can fetch the data from my local machine using the connection URL without any issues. However, when my teammate tries to use the same connection URL, it doesn’t work. It seems like there might be an issue with region-based access or availability.
What steps can I take to resolve this issue and ensure that my teammate can access the data as well? Any advice on handling regional access settings in Retool would be appreciated.

I am sorry that you and your team is having issues with the connection string.
Can you share a screen shot of the error message your team mate is getting when trying to use the connection URL?
I do not believe that Retool has any regional access settings as there are many cross country/continent teams.
I believe this might be a permission issue, but I will investigate to see if there are any known issues with Retool DB access sharing 
What plan tier level are you on?
