Is this a bug or something on our end?

We have one user who cannot access their app but it works for everyone else.

They've cleared their cache. Deleted cookies. And restarted.

They're getting this error:

That is a very odd issue :thinking:

I was doing some digging around for users with similar issues and one of our engineers thinks the root of this issue is related to OS updates conflicting with the browser.

If you are still having this issue, could the user try "upgrading browser and or uninstalling/reinstalling the browser"?
