Ip whitelisting when hosting on retool with retool postgres

I hate to ask, esp if the answer is in the forum, but I'm not finding exactly what I'm looking for.

I have created an app (a sign-up form), collecting data and writing to the hosted postgres DB and my clients are saying the email (with the retool URL) are sometimes getting blocked for fear of a dangerous URL and if they are getting the email, are being told the email might not be legit. I'm not exactly sure what can be done to have this not happen. Any suggestions? Thanks much

Something similar was recently brought up in this thread, thanks for letting us know here that it's happening to you as well. Are you seeing the links get blocked by Microsoft as well or is it a separate security service? Also, were you sharing the public link for some time before this started happening or did you just create the app?
