Invitation link does not work on a specific email address or computer

We have encountered an issue with inviting new users:

When we send an invitation link to corporate email addresses (accessed via corporate computers), users see a black page upon clicking the link. However, when they use the same link on their private phones, it works perfectly.

Additionally, I tested sending invitations to other email addresses (using general providers such as iCloud, Google, and Outlook), and those worked without any issues.

Could this be related to IP blocking, DNS records, or something similar?

Very odd issue. I think you are on the right path, it sounds like some of the software on these work computers is blocking Retool's IP/DNS/URL. I would recommend talking to the IT team about this, so they can approve the retool app URL and new user login/signup pages as allowed domains.

Do the invites work on the users personal computers? If the invites worked on their personal phones I would guess is this an issue that unfortunately Retool won't be able to resolve on our end, but would need some check to the networking requests for their company computers.
