How can I ensure an agent sends a response when triggered by email

I’ve been frustrated by the same issue and can’t seem to find a way around it, despite multiple iterations on a prompt I’m working with.

Hey @ldnuser - I don't think we ever heard back from @metechnologies, so I'm not sure if this was resolved or not. We weren't able to replicate the issue, either, which has made debugging rather challenging.

Based on what was described previously, it feels like there is some underlying cause that is unrelated to the prompt itself. What model are you using? And have you tested with multiple email clients, out of curiosity?
