HELP! Unable to access Retool DB

I'm experiencing multiple errors while trying to access the Retool DB, which is also causing queries in my app to fail. Have attached some screenshots for reference.

Earlier, I attempted to run a query from within the app to update one of the tables—could that be related to this issue or messed something up?

Needed help restoring DB to a previous version. Possibly from anytime yesterday (24th of Feb, 2025)
