Google sign ins are getting timedout in self hosting for few users

Hii retool,

recently we started using retool for our team. we deployed selef hosted version with helm on our cluster. everything is working fine for but two of our users are not able to google sign in now.
one used to log in before without any issues but now facinng issues. he was able to signin in incognito mode. but not able to do it normal mode even after clearing cookies etc. found that the below call is getting timedout

the second one cant even login from the start.
