The scan works perfectly (tested outside retool too), and the count properly shows the number of records.
However, the items field is empty, not loading any data.
Any thoughts on this?

Could you show us the query/items returned outside of Retool? Also can you confirm that there is an Item that matches what you have set for status and value? Does it work if it's hard-coded?
