Hi, I am trying to upload a new image from my computer but the problem is that it keeps thinking and never imports it. Could it be that the memory is full of images? In that case, how can I delete all the previously stored images?
Hi @DavidG! Happy to help with this. Are you able to upload any images at all? What size is the image you're currently trying to import? Does importing work in an Incognito window?
Hi @victoria! Images's size are lower than 3MB. I am working in an normal window. However, the problem was fixed last Friday
