We have a table for internal_users in our database and another table, clinician_license references this to populate licenses for certain internal users.

Details: I have confirmed that the name is present in "Clinicians", but for some reason is now showing in the dropdown when trying to add a new Clinician license. The name/clinician is "Farah Ansari"
