Took me a few tests to narrow this down: When I copy & paste html content from browser (Chrome on windows 10) and it contains hyperlinks, it pastes into Rich Text Editor, however, it then fails to submit my MySQL query to update a record.
I end up getting a 403 error. When I remove the hyperlinks, then no issue - it saves normally (submits the update query).
