Confirmation Dialog Bugs?

has anyone else experienced issues with confirmation dialogs?
I added them to all of our production queries and some users are getting a black screen when the popup appears, it does show the dialog which is good but not everyone sees the black screen, some see it and some do not.

also everyone has to click the ok button twice to get it to work

Hey @Gregory_Keys! Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the black screen? I haven't been able to recreate this. Also, do you know the browser and OS for the affected users?
