I am having issues as I cannot manually change the sorting of my table imported from google sheets. It won't let me sort 3,5 then 4 then 4,5 as I cannot mix 3 4 5 with the 3,5 4,5 5,5

There seems to be an inconsistency on the decimal delimiter, sometimes is a dot (.) and sometimes is a comma (,), which makes me think think the data was imported as text (string) and not as a number, e.g.: as text 14 comes before 3 but as a number 3 comes first.
I'm not sure what you are using to order these values, your screenshot is not clear, if my answer doesn't help, please provide more context.
