Cannot add Workflow

  1. My goal: Add my pre configured Workflows.
  2. Issue: When I select my workflow that from the dropdown nothing happens
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
    1. Go to Retool Events
    2. Select Add a Workflow, for example, Add a workflow under “Password reset requested”
    3. Choose the Workflow that I’ve already created.
    4. See that nothing happens.
  4. Additional info: (Cloud or Self-hosted, Screenshots)
    1. Cloud hosted
    2. When I navigate to the Workflows page, I don’t see anything.
    3. Continuing step number 2, I do see the workflows that I’ve created in the dropdown.
    4. I am an admin.

Hi @Kyle_Ness,

So once you select a workflow to be triggered when the “Password reset requested” event occurs, the event does occur and there is no record of that workflow running in your workflow run logs?
