- My goal: Add my pre configured Workflows.
- Issue: When I select my workflow that from the dropdown nothing happens
- Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
- Go to Retool Events
- Select Add a Workflow, for example, Add a workflow under “Password reset requested”
- Choose the Workflow that I’ve already created.
- See that nothing happens.
- Additional info: (Cloud or Self-hosted, Screenshots)

- When I navigate to the Workflows page, I don’t see anything.
- Continuing step number 2, I do see the workflows that I’ve created in the dropdown.
- I am an admin.

So once you select a workflow to be triggered when the “Password reset requested” event occurs, the event does occur and there is no record of that workflow running in your workflow run logs?
